FORTÉ, Inc. seeks an experienced Audio-Visual Systems Programmer to design, develop, and implement complex AV control programs and DSP audio designs aligned with project scopes. You will work closely with project teams to ensure solutions meet customer goals and documentation standards.

We prefer candidates in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones; the role will be based in Minnesota with a strong cross-region collaboration mindset and a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable AV systems.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of programming experience in AV programming.
• Programming certifications in Crestron, QSC, Biamp and Extron are preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with legacy and modern AV systems.
• Strong customer communication skills to align solutions with project goals.
• Expertise in debugging complex multi-vendor systems.
• DSP audio design skills including preset recall and audio control.
• Effective communication and collaboration with design engineers, project managers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
