The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey seeks an Audio‑Visual Specialist to execute photography, videography, editing, and media asset management across agency events and facilities. The role combines hands‑on field work with studio production, supporting board meetings and live streams.

You will collaborate with PA Studio, Media Relations, Marketing, and other departments, delivering timely assets while adapting to early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.

Formación

• 3–5 years of professional experience in photography, video production, and editing.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canon and Panasonic cameras, Mac environment.
• Experience with live production and streaming environments and professional audio equipment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Photography and videography at agency events, press conferences, and facilities.
• Video editing and post‑production with color correction, audio mixing, and graphics.
• Support live board meetings including streaming and control room operations.
• Provide AV support for events, executive presentations, and public programs.
• Field production and rapid content delivery across NY/NJ facilities.
• Media asset management: ingest, catalog, tag, and archive assets.
• Maintain equipment and assist with setup, testing, and maintenance.
• Assist with podcasts and audio programming as needed.
• Coordinate with PA Studio, Media Relations, Marketing, and other departments.
• Ensure safety, scheduling flexibility, and remote work constraints.
