Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Short Hills, NJ, seeks an Audio-Visual Manager to lead all technical AV services for meetings and events at the Hilton Short Hills. You will work with sales to secure contracts and ensure flawless execution that reflects the Crescent/Hilton standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in AV engineering or related field, 2+ years' experience, proficiency with multimedia software, strong troubleshooting, and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in audio/visual engineering or related field.
2+ years of experience with audio/visual equipment.
Proficiency with multimedia software and digital A/V tools.
Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

The Audio-Visual Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of audio, visual, and multimedia services across the hotel. This includes partnering with the on-site sales team to secure contracts, managing AV operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, entertainment, and lifestyle events in line with the Hilton brand standards. The AV Manager ensures seamless event execution, and maintains all technical equipment to deliver bold, stylish, and memorable experiences that define the Hilton brand within the collection of Crescent managed hotels & resorts.
