Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Audio-Visual Manager at the Hilton Short Hills. You will oversee all AV/ multimedia services, ensuring bold and memorable guest experiences across events and meetings.

Collaborate with sales to secure contracts, manage AV operations for weddings, conferences, and lifestyle events, and maintain equipment to uphold Hilton brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in AV engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of audio/visual equipment experience.
• Proficient with multimedia software and digital AV tools.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

The Audio-Visual Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of audio, visual, and multimedia services across the hotel. This includes partnering with the on-site sales team to secure contracts, managing AV operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, entertainment, and lifestyle events in line with the Hilton brand standards. The AV Manager ensures seamless event execution, and maintains all technical equipment to deliver bold, stylish, and memorable experiences that define the Hilton brand within the collection of Crescent managed hotels & resorts.
