Job summary

CTI is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist in the Jacksonville, FL area with a proven track record in AV integration installations, commissioning, and service. You will troubleshoot advanced issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure client systems operate at peak performance.

The role requires at least 4 years of hands-on AV/IT integration experience, a customer-first attitude, and strong communication skills.

• Conduct final walk-throughs with clients and train them on their systems.
• Lead AV teams on commercial integration installations.
• Oversee up to 70% overnight travel as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Jacksonville, FL branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services.

What are your responsibilities?

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
• Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files

• Company-paid overnight travel is estimated to be up to 70%

• Education: An associate's degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.

• Attitude and Aptitude are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
• AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must! At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service is required.
