Job summary

CTI, an established audio-visual integrator, is seeking an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Springfield branch in Chicopee, MA. You will lead and assist AV installations across multiple sites, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure systems operate at optimum levels.

This role requires 4+ years of leading AV installations, 2+ years configuring and commissioning, strong communication, and customer-service orientation. Overnight travel is required; associate degree preferred.

• Must have 4+ years of experience leading AV installations.
• 2+ years of final product configuration, testing and commissioning.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with installations on multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep systems operating optimally.
• Work with Programmers to load updated files.
• Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning.
• Train End Users on product(s).
• Overnight travel required.
• Other tasks as assigned.
