Job summary

Minimum five years of experience in audio, lighting, video, rigging, or logistics is required, with strong customer service, safety knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and PRG software.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in audio, lighting, video, rigging, or logistics.
• Strong customer service and self-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of electronic equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PRG software.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and functional testing of audio equipment.
• Prepare and configure equipment according to order specs and QA procedures.
• Inspect for damage and perform basic repairs or report issues.
• Maintain inventory and equipment records in the system with barcode scans.
• Organize and store equipment; separate items needing repair from usable gear.
• Meet deadlines for client orders, in-house prep, and transfers.
• Maintain knowledge by reviewing QC guides and training materials.
• Complete QA, repair, and inventory documentation.
• Assist with loading/unloading equipment using proper handling techniques.
• Keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate shortages, damage, or prep issues to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
