Job summary

Theatre Philadelphia is seeking experienced audio engineers to join our overhire list for upcoming school productions and rental events at our Main Line theatre. The venue hosts a 650-seat proscenium with an Allen & Heath SQ-7 console and Shure QLXD wireless bodypacks.

We value reliability in mixing live theatre, musical performances, and a variety of events. Prior work with wireless microphones and student performers is a plus. Compensation negotiable and per-event.

Qualifications

• Experience with live sound mixing for theatre productions.
• Comfortable handling wireless microphones and wireless IEMs if provided.
• Able to work with student performers and on school productions.

Responsibilities

• Mix live theatre, musical and performance events.
• Set up and operate the SQ-7 mixer and wireless systems.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure good sound across events.
