Pasiflora AI LLC is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. You will correct transcripts, verify policy compliance, and decide if items are ready for delivery or require review.

The role is part-time, remote, and paid hourly at $10.00. You will work as an independent contractor with onboarding provided to start quickly.

Competenze

• Fluent English (C1-C2) with strong listening and writing accuracy.
• Experience in AI data training or data preparation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with transcription, annotation or transcript correction.
• Ability to apply policy rules consistently and document issues clearly.
• Quality assurance or quality control experience preferred.
• Ability to reliably commit to a part-time schedule.

About the Role

We're looking for detail-oriented reviewers to quality-check pre-recorded customer service conversations for an AI data project. You'll correct and validate transcripts, check that the agent in each conversation followed the required policy rules, and decide whether each item is ready for delivery or should be flagged for further review. This is part-time, remote work. Success looks like consistently accurate transcripts, reliable policy checks, and clear escalation of anything questionable. Open worldwide, except applicants located in Africa or in sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria).

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1-C2): you can follow a normal conversation in audio and write clean, accurate corrections
• Experience in AI data training or AI data preparation workflows
• Hands-on experience with audio transcription, annotation, or transcript correction
• Able to apply policy rules consistently and document or flag issues clearly
• Quality assurance or quality control experience (preferred)
• Able to commit to and reliably meet an agreed part-time schedule
