Job summary

Bisnow is seeking a Manager of Audience Analytics & Engagement to own metrics across website, email and events. You will partner with marketing, technology and the broader audience team to drive retention, engagement and growth, shaping how we apply AI tools for scalable insights.

You will translate data into actionable direction for stakeholders, develop re-engagement strategies, and set KPIs like lifetime value and content interaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an audience analytics and data-focused role.
• Deep understanding of audience best practices for engagement and measurement.
• Proficient in SQL, with hands-on experience in web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) and reporting/BI tools; familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable).
• Ability to utilize AI and agentic tools to work efficiently and effectively with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of deeper audience intelligence across Bisnow's platform across website, email, events and other channels using tools like Redshift, GA4, Iterable and backend data.
• Analyze how users discover, engage with, and purchase products to build KPIs including lifetime value and content interactions.
• Establish clear metrics for audience engagement and own ongoing reporting against these KPIs to inform strategy and product opportunities.
• Set targets for growth and develop strategies to move the audience through the funnel for better retention and purchases.
• Triage data issues with the audience team lead, technology and marketing stakeholders to synthesize data patterns.
• Reconcile audience data across source systems and activation platforms to ensure accurate segments and reporting.
• Identify lapsed segments and execute re-engagement strategies with measurable lift.
• Develop strategies to deepen engagement through segmentation, personalization, triggers, and nudges.
• Expand audience datasets using 3rd party tools, surveys, and other sources.
