Job summary

FOX Television Stations is seeking an Audience Engagement Manager for LiveNOW from FOX to drive multi-platform growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and X. You will bring editorial judgment and platform expertise to live and vertical formats, partnering with editors to maximize reach while maintaining journalistic integrity.

You’ll lead strategy, craft best-practice playbooks, and translate performance data into actionable insights that scale across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital audience growth strategies for news content, with live experience a plus.
• Strong understanding of editorial decision-making and platform performance.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube (live + VOD + Shorts) and social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads).
• Proven ability to create or guide compelling, platform-native content, especially in live and vertical formats.
• Ability to build trust quickly and influence teams without direct authority.
• Strong communicator who delivers clear, data-backed guidance.
• Experience building workflows or playbooks that scale across a team.
• Data-driven mindset with sharp editorial instincts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-platform strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X and emerging platforms.
• Drive strategy across live streams, long-form video, and Shorts.
• Provide editorial judgment on how breaking news is presented across platforms.
• Lead how we package and distribute live breaking news in the moment.
• Establish efficient, repeatable workflows for producers and hosts.
• Coach and empower hosts and producers with actionable guidance backed by data.
• Translate performance data into clear takeaways and scale successful ideas.
