• 1–3 years in social media or community management.
• Familiar with Reddit and Substack and what drives engagement.
• Strong editorial instincts and ability to write sharp prompts and responses.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Substack community content plan.
• Assist with livestream production and community management.
• Contribute to Reddit strategy and community building.
• Grow on-site engagement via OpenWeb and collaborate with product team.
• Track engagement trends and user behavior across platforms.
• Collaborate with podcast team to cut and publish social clips.
• Contribute ideas to shape the future of the community voice.
