Truvani is seeking a Video Editor who excels at performance-driven storytelling to join our team. You’ll turn raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots into scroll-stopping short-form ads for TikTok and Instagram, taking direction from our creative and marketing teams while staying true to the Truvani voice.

You’ll collaborate across teams, optimize hooks and pacing, and deliver platform-ready versions with consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or reel showing direct-response ads and mobile-first social content.
• Proven track record of creating scroll-stopping short-form social content.
• Fluent in Premiere Pro and CapCut for TikTok and Instagram videos.

Responsibilities

• Craft Story-Driven Ads: use raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots to produce high-performing short-form video ads for TikTok and Instagram reels.
• Cut For Performance: optimize hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and hold it through to conversion.
• Test, Analyze, & Optimize: monitor creative performance, share insights with the team, and make fast adjustments based on data.
• Collaborate With Marketing & Creative Teams: align creative with campaign strategy and audience insights while maintaining the Truvani voice.
• Produce Platform-Ready Versions: deliver multiple aspect ratios, file specs, and clear asset/version control on deadline; apply platform best practices and trends while maintaining brand integrity.
