Job summary

Truvani is seeking a Video Editor to craft story-driven ads for TikTok and Instagram reels. You will turn raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots into scroll-stopping, performance-driven ads that convert, following the Truvani voice and brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, optimize hooks and pacing, and deliver platform-ready versions across multiple aspect ratios. This full-time, remote-friendly role offers autonomy and a chance to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or reel showing direct-response ads and mobile-first social content.
• Fluent in Premiere Pro; CapCut experience for TikTok video edits.
• Ability to hook audiences quickly and drive conversions.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Craft Story-Driven Ads: turn raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots into high-performing short-form video ads for TikTok and Instagram reels.
• Cut For Performance: optimize hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and drive conversions.
• Test, Analyze, & Optimize: monitor creative performance and adjust based on data.
• Collaborate With Marketing & Creative Teams: align creative with campaign strategy and audience insights while maintaining the Truvani voice.
• Produce Platform-Ready Versions: deliver multiple aspect ratios and file specs with clear asset/version control on deadline.
