Job summary

Publicis Groupe ANZ is hiring a Specialist of Audience Enablement to join the PMX Lift team. The role involves building and executing audience strategies across multiple client brands, leveraging first-, second-, and third-party data within addressable media.

You will collaborate with internal and partner teams to ensure accurate audience creation and delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with addressable media, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3-5 years of agency/media experience is expected.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes.
• Experience with Advanced TV platforms, DSP/SSP, ad delivery, identity and attribution.
• Proven ability to analyze data for actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for internal and client engagement.
• Experience in developing and maintaining client presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Create audience segments using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.
• Steward audience segments from PMX Lift to media inventory sources.
• Own audience tracking from creation to final counts.
• Lead QA processes for data and audience delivery.
• Support Supervisor with strategic audience recommendations as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal partners, agencies, and vendors.
