Qualifications

• 7+ years writing and editing in a fast-paced environment; management experience required.
• 2+ years serving in a defined editing role with strong coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit content tailored for target audiences and channels (email, SMS, social, GEO/SEO).
• Develop content strategy by analyzing channel data and testing to improve performance.
• Supervise two staff writers, coach on audience insights, and manage team processes and performance.
