Bisnow is seeking a Manager, Audience Analytics & Engagement to join the Marketing team. You will build a comprehensive view of how our audience discovers, engages with, and grows within the Bisnow ecosystem, partnering with marketing, technology, and the broader audience team.

You will translate complex data into clear direction for stakeholders, set growth targets, and develop re-engagement and retention strategies to boost engagement and purchases across website, email, and events.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in an audience analytics or data-focused role.
• Experience with SQL, GA4, and Iterable.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of deeper audience intelligence across our platform.
• Analyze how users discover, engage with, and purchase our products to build foundational KPIs.
• Establish clear metrics for audience engagement and own ongoing reporting.
