Job summary

Audi Shawnee Mission is looking for a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. The role requires you to road-test serviced vehicles and communicate with service advisors about progress and ETA.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Audi/Volkswagen experience preferred.
• European experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work.
• Communicate directly with service advisors regarding the status of the service work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be informed.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
