Job summary

Audi Shawnee Mission is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, test drives after service, and communicate status with service advisors to keep customers informed. The role emphasizes ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology and maintaining an organized, efficient shop environment.

The position offers a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays) and market-competitive benefits, with pay commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Audi/Volkswagen experience preferred; European experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding status and ETA of service work.
• Continuously learn new technical information through formal training.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
