Job summary
Audi Shawnee Mission is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, perform road tests, and communicate clearly with service advisors about timelines and progress. You will continually learn new automotive technologies and keep the shop organized to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications
- Diagnostics and automotive troubleshooting skills.
- Road-test vehicle to verify quality repairs.
- Clear communication with service advisors regarding status and ETA.
- Willingness to participate in formal training to stay current with technology.
- Maintain an organized and clean service shop.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
- Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
- Communicate with service advisors regarding status and ETA for customers.
- Continuously learn new technical information in formal training sessions.
- Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
