Audi Shawnee Mission is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, testing, and repairs of complex vehicles. You will road-test completed work and keep service advisors informed about repairs and timelines.

The role emphasizes ongoing technician training, a clean work space, and collaboration with a team focused on exceptional guest experiences while supporting growth across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
• Audi/Volkswagen experience preferred; European experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Complete system diagnostics and full automotive troubleshooting and testing.
• Road-test vehicle to ensure quality repair work was completed.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding status and ETA of repairs.
• Continuously learn new technical information in formal training sessions.
• Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
