Job description

Compensation: $18.00/hr increased based on Production up to $25.00/hr!

How do our Semi-Skilled Technicians Drive Impact?

• Our Semi-Skilled Technicians come in every day and work hands-on at our dealership alongside pros of the industry. You will become familiar with all of Walser’s vehicle line-up, the inner workings of our dealership, and will be an integral part of our service team.
• Perform maintenance, including:

1. Changing oil and filters
2. Engine tune-ups
3. Replace filters, belts, brakes, coolant hoses
4. Mount and balance tires
5. Suspension
6. Diagnose squeaks, rattles, leaks
7. Accessory installation (i.e., radios, floor mats, roof racks, etc.)
8. Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices.

• Ability and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, active environment.
• Reliable, team player mentality
• High standard for quality and attention to detail
• Self-starter with capability to manage your day.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be 18 years of age.
