Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles in a safe, efficient, ethical manner with customer satisfaction as priority.

• Document all repairs using Repair Order documentation and online tools.
• Meet all production based metrics as prescribed by Management.

Core Accountabilities

• Maintain ASE and/or manufacturer-required certifications; stay up to date with all manufacturer technical data as well as service bulletins. Ensure compliance with all safety and OSHA regulations that pertain to your job.
• Read and understand customer complaints; diagnose and advise findings; complete all authorized repairs in accordance with manufacturer and company policy; return warranty parts to parts dept and road test vehicles as needed to verify completion of repairs.
• Properly document all repairs using both internet based tools and physical Repair Order documentation as instructed per department requirements.
• Meet all production based metrics as prescribed by Management.
