• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
• Develop the skills and product knowledge necessary to successfully guide clients through the vehicle purchasing process and earn their business.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous automotive or vehicle sales experience is not required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Strong willingness to learn, develop professionally, and accept constructive feedback.
• Ability to remain composed, professional, and productive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance. We value preparedness and believe that being on time means being ready to work.
