Cox Enterprises in Bordentown, NJ is hiring a Shuttle/Driver Support role. The position runs Wednesday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, and involves orienting new drivers, coordinating transportation, and assisting the supervisor to ensure smooth vehicle flow and safety.

Formación

• High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Orient and instruct new drivers and assist supervisor in assigning and directing the work of employees.
• Coordinate vehicle flow with supervisor and maintain logs of stock numbers and lot locations for each vehicle moved.
• Communicate schedules and assignments to crew members.
• Lead the team on sale days and coordinate move requirements with lot manager and quadrant coordinator.
• Manage vans and transport drivers to locations according to schedule; ensure timely pick-up/drop-off of employees and vehicles.
• Perform daily maintenance and routine checks of the van and service the vehicle with fuel and lubricants.
• Enforce company policies and cooperate with Safety Manager in safety activities.
