Job summary

Cox Automotive in Bordentown, NJ is seeking a Vehicle Handler to safely move, stage, and park vehicles on the Auction premises. The role requires attention to safety, the ability to drive on-site, and good physical stamina.

Work schedule Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm with pay rate $16.80 per hour. The position involves assisting customers and coworkers, supporting vehicle operations, and following driving rules. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Safe drivers with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and walk long distances.
• Vision abilities including close and distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles to and from designated areas on Auction premises, following rules of the road.
• Line up and park vehicles as directed, locate missing vehicles as needed.
• Assist with getting vehicles operating; inflate tires, jump-start, and report inoperative vehicles.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned; overtime may be required.
