Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with auction and automotive experience, or HS diploma/GED with 5 years auction experience and automotive work.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for business growth through customer engagement and sales visits.
• Attend Profit & Loss reviews and ensure accurate accounting reconciliation.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to drive improvements.
• Identify, hire, train and mentor current and future site management.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and strong employee relations across the site.
