Qualifications

• High School diploma and 3 years of sales, marketing or event/meeting planning experience.
• Knowledge of outdoor industry and firearms preferred.
• Experience with data entry and databases is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insurable on SCI policy.

Responsibilities

• Tracks donations from submission to sale and manages inventory records.
• Works with exhibitors and donors on donation details and graphics.
• Coordinate auction publications, text copy and donation descriptions.
• Oversees on-site auction staff and inventory processes at events.
• Maintains donor communications and coordinates correspondence with buyers.
