Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Removal Check In/Out associate for its warehouse operations in Cowpens, SC. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role supports the Removal Team by scanning customers as they arrive for pickup and scanning items when customers depart with purchases.

Duty includes assisting customers, maintaining queue order, and performing additional tasks as directed by management. Schedule varies Mon–Sat; on-site work with 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch break.

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• Must be highly organized and detail oriented
• Must be on-site availability and flexible scheduling (Mon-Sat)

Responsibilities

• Scan each customer’s email or phone code as they arrive to pick up merchandise
• Explain to customers that they are in the queue for checkout
• Scan each customer’s auction items when picked up
• Make customers glad they have won an item to encourage further bidding
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
