Job summary

MAC.DISCOUNT LLC in Anderson, SC is seeking a Removal Check In/Out Clerk to support the Removal Team by scanning customers upon arrival for pickup and scanning items at departure. The role centers on delivering prompt, friendly service to winning bidders.

This full-time, hourly position requires on-site availability with specific shift times and a willingness to handle physical tasks. A tech-friendly, organized, detail-oriented candidate with a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site availability Monday through Friday; 10:00–18:30 or 12:00–20:30 shifts with 30-min lunch.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds independently, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Must be highly organized.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan each customer’s email or phone code as they arrive to check in.
• Explain to customers they are queued for checkout after pickup.
• Scan each customer’s auction items when picked up.
• Make customers glad they won an item to encourage continued bidding.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
