Job summary

Miedema Asset Management in Punta Gorda, FL is hiring a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee 1-2 staff, assist customers, and ensure smooth operation across locations. You will handle check-in, title work, cashiering, and daily floor management.

This role requires excellent customer service, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass drug test and background check. Forklift experience and ability to supervise and train staff are important.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage warehouse and front office staff.
• Assist in hiring and interviewing for staffing needs.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, or issues.
• Cashiering, Title Work and customer service.
• Manage consignments and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations.
• Train new hires and conduct 90-day reviews.
• Close the warehouse at the end of the day.
