Job summary

Miedema Asset Management is seeking an enthusiastic team member to assist customers with online auctions, load items, process check‑ins, and help with Title work and cashiering. You will support the general manager in staffing, safety, and daily operations, including forklift duties and keeping the facility clean.

Anticipated Start Date: Mid-October/November 2026. Hours vary; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k with match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school Diploma.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers.
• General computer skills.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Ability to pass test, drive and operate machinery.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check.
• Organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer questions, complaints, or issues as needed.
• Cashiering, Title Work and customer service.
• Deal with all things coming in on consignment.
• Ensure all repossessions & commercial jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure all staff are following safety protocols and regulations.
• Assist in training new hires, checking on them and help complete 90-day reviews.
• Close up warehouse at end of day.
• Complete other tasks as requested by General Manager.
