Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain auction documentation in compliance with state laws.
• Perform QC on key documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Use Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, update records, and generate reports.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for auction activities.
• Draft professional correspondence and announcements.
• Support compliance with company policies.
• Provide responsive support via email, phone, and in person.
• Contribute to special projects and process improvements.
• Manage filing and record-keeping.
