Job summary

Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator to be the face of our national online real estate marketplace and co-host live auctions. You will interact with bidders, complete required tasks, and help educate customers on participation in auctions while turning houses into homes.

Expect training pay from $17.50 per hour, rising to $20–$30 after training and skills development, with travel and mileage reimbursement as applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and enjoy helping people.
• Tech-savvy with ability to troubleshoot and use software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication.
• Able to adapt quickly and learn new concepts.

Responsibilities

• Co-host and participate in live auctions and interact with bidders.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and staff on-site.
• Manage and use proprietary software to collect customer information.
• Prepare receipts and complete event reports.
• Participate in training sessions and team calls.
• Complete tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
