Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Driver I - Non-DOT for Friday shifts, 8:00am to 2:00pm, at a Cox location. You will move, stage, and park vehicles on Auction property, drive between lots and customer businesses, and navigate sale lanes in compliance with safety rules.

Requires a valid driver’s license; ability to sit, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds. Pay is $15.27 per hour with potential incentives; benefits include health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Safe drivers required; valid driver’s license.
• Able to sit for prolonged periods.
• Able to walk long distances.
• Vision: close, distance, color vision and depth perception.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
• Move vehicles to designated areas and to customer dealerships observing driving rules.
• Line up and park vehicles in correct order as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with getting vehicles operating; inflate tires and jump-start as needed.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities.
