Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Minimum age 21 or 3 years licensed driving experience.
• Reliable, dependable with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; basic computer skills.
• Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day loaner vehicle process.
• Maintain records and documentation for loaner vehicles.
• Prepare vehicles for monthly auction.
• Tag and identify vehicles for auction.
• Take photographs of auction vehicles for listings.
• Assist with movement and organization of vehicles in warehouse and auction.
• Learn and assist with the monthly auction run.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared and organized prior to auction.
• Perform general warehouse and administrative duties.
• Assist with other projects at the warehouse.

Job description

Sterling Automotive Group is seeking a dependable and organized team member to join our Auction Warehouse team. This position will primarily oversee the day-to-day process involving our loaner vehicles, while also supporting the preparation and operation of our monthly vehicle auction.

The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable working independently, stays organized, and is willing to learn a variety of responsibilities within a fast-paced automotive environment.

• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day process for dealership loaner vehicles
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to loaner vehicles
• Assist with preparing vehicles for the monthly auction
• Tag and identify vehicles being prepared for auction
• Take photographs of auction vehicles for listings and documentation
• Assist with the movement and organization of vehicles throughout the warehouse and auction process
• Learn and assist with the monthly auction run
• Help ensure vehicles are properly prepared and organized prior to auction
• Perform general warehouse and administrative duties as needed
• Assist with other projects and miscellaneous tasks at the warehouse as assigned

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Minimum age of 21 years old OR have 3 full years of licensed driving experience, due to insurance purposes
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working around vehicles and in a warehouse environment

• Willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities
