You will photograph and catalog items, assist clients at the front desk, and help with payment, pickup, and issue resolution while working across warehouse and office functions. Training and advancement opportunities available.

• Catalog auction items with photography and accurate descriptions.
• Provide front office support: answer bidder/consignor questions.
• Assist with payment, pickup, and issue resolution.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Catalog auction items with professional photography and accurate descriptions
• Provide front office support: answer bidder/consignor questions and help buyers find the items they won on auction
• Assist with payment, pickup, and resolution of auction-related issues
• Use warehouse and moving equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, etc.) safely and efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service to buyers and sellers alike
• Support process improvements and upcoming facility transition
