Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida Resort is seeking a Resort Operations Host – Attractions to ensure the safe, efficient operation of our rides and attractions while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will uphold safety standards, assist guests, and work with a team across zones to maintain smooth operations in a dynamic theme-park environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred guest-facing experience in a theme park or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain ride, attractions, and park safety certifications.
• Ability to stay calm under high-stress situations.
• Basic math and computing skills preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate rides and attractions safely and efficiently in assigned zone.
• Maintain high guest service and minimize wait times.
• Enforce ride rules and safety procedures for guests.
• Assist guests entering/exiting attractions and address concerns.
• Follow emergency procedures and communicate with team during incidents.
• Complete opening and closing routines per procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve guest issues.
