Job summary

LEGOLAND Florida is seeking a Rides Engineering Technician to perform safety-critical inspections and preventive maintenance on rides and attractions, diagnosing and repairing electromechanical systems. This role supports park operations and requires night shifts (5:00 PM–5:30 AM) with 12.5-hour shifts and weekend/holiday availability.

The incumbent will maintain equipment, review maintenance reports, follow OSHA standards, and work closely with a maintenance team to ensure guest safety and park

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years installing, maintaining, and servicing electromechanical equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics related to rides and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety-critical inspections and preventive maintenance on rides and attractions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems.
• Maintain ride equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls and support park operations.
• Mentor and train team members to support skill development.
