Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• This position is Safety Sensitive and requires successful completion and passing of a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and communicate clearly using radios and microphones.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to attraction SOPs, operate rides safely and efficiently, and enforce safety guidelines*
• Initiate positive guest interactions and explain Hersheypark guest programs
• Provide excellent customer service and greet guests, answering questions about the attractions*
• Direct guests to ride areas and assist with loading/unloading of rides*
• Physically check safety restraints for proper position
• Deliver safety speeches to guests using a microphone
• Perform other duties as assigned
