Job summary

Apex Entertainment in Virginia Beach is seeking an Attraction Manager to lead the Attractions Department, directing Supervisors and Team Members, and ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, and profitability. You will manage labor budgets, develop leaders, enforce safety standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences across all attractions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive management experience in family entertainment centers or similar high-volume operations.
• Experience supervising multiple employees and developing frontline leaders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor budgets and operating expenses.
• Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise, and manage the daily operation of the Attractions Department.
• Prepare work schedules based upon business needs, labor budgets, and forecasted volume.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment practices.
• Manage departmental labor costs and operating expenses while maintaining service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximize operational effectiveness.
