Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Bloomington, MN, seeks an Attractions Attendant to assist guests across our Family Entertainment Center. You may work at the Arcade, Ropes Course, MagiQuest, Moonstone Mine, bowling, and more, ensuring safety and excellent service at every turn.

We hire immediately with full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling for ages 16+, offering training, benefits, and opportunities to grow while you work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work the Ropes Course; 16 years or older to work in other Attractions areas.
• Some High School education or equivalent.
• Comfortable being at heights of 30 feet or more for extended periods of time.
• Flexible scheduling based on business demands.
• Experience with basic math and handling transactions.
• Proven customer service and communication skills; ability to read English safety manuals.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with guests for transactions, registrations and orders.
• Educates guests on ropes course, MagiQuest, and other attractions; safety guidelines.
• Operates the MagiQuest game and documents issues for management.
• Performs maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensures adherence to operating procedures and cleanliness standards.
• Assists in merchandising, POS transactions, and price tagging.
