This role is perfect for someone with a mechanical, electrical, or technical background who is eager to develop hands‑on skills, learn from a senior technician, and help ensure that our attractions operate safely and efficiently for guests.
Assist with inspections, maintenance, and repairs on arcade games, small rides, and attractions
Help troubleshoot and identify issues, escalating to senior technicians when needed
Support daily operation checks to ensure attractions are guest‑ready and safe
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and parts inventory
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks according to manufacturer and company guidelines
Respond to urgent equipment issues or on‑call emergencies as directed
Keep work areas, tools, and parts organized and clean
Collaborate with senior technicians and operations staff to prioritize repair work and improve workflow
Mechanical aptitude and basic electrical or technical skills
Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of senior technicians
Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift moderate weight, stand for long periods, and climb ladders as needed
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to on‑call emergencies
Previous experience in maintenance, technical repair, or industrial/arcade equipment
Exposure to amusement rides, go‑karts, or arcade systems
Basic experience reading wiring diagrams or service manuals
Hands‑on technical experience with a wide variety of attractions and arcade equipment
