We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Workers’ Compensation Defense Associate Attorney to join our California-based defense team. This fully remote role focuses on representing self-insured entities and public sector clients, handling files from inception to trial with autonomy and mentorship.

Ideal candidates have 0–3+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience and must hold an active California Bar license.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar admission is required.
• Experience level 0–3+ years preferred.
• Prior workers’ compensation defense experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation defense matters through all litigation stages: hearings, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
• Attend remote hearings and occasional in-person appearances as required.
