Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations both virtually and in-person.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay up to date on developments in workers' compensation law.

Workers' compensation is an administrative law practice that allows newly admitted attorneys to gain experience in the courtroom early in their careers. With offices conveniently located in the suburbs of Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, CML has been defending clients for over 20 years.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated attorney to join our workers' compensation defense team.
