Job summary

Warner Norcross + Judd is seeking an Attorney Recruiting and Integration Coordinator to join our talent development team in Detroit or Grand Rapids. The role coordinates the firm’s summer associate recruiting program, supports lateral recruiting, and oversees attorney integration.

You will manage summer program logistics, collaborate on strategy, ensure equitable work allocation, track metrics, and assist in transitioning summer associates to first-year lawyers while complying with employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in law firm recruiting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to design and implement programs that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong technology skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Summer Associate Program, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, work assignment systems, and program logistics across offices.
• Partner with leadership to design and execute a structured summer experience balancing meaningful legal work, training, mentorship, and social engagement.
• Oversee the summer associate performance evaluation processes, including feedback collection, calibration, and offer decision support.
• Coordinate lateral attorney recruiting efforts and support for the integration process to ensure continuity throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Identify attorney integration gaps and manage onboarding/integration tasks for new attorneys.
• Generate and analyze regular reports on recruitment, retention metrics, and integration outcomes for timekeepers and HR.
