Job summary

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is seeking an Attorney Recruiting and Integration Specialist to join the Talent Development team in Detroit or Grand Rapids. The role coordinates the summer program, supports lateral recruiting, and oversees attorney integration while partnering with firm leadership to ensure a strong, inclusive onboarding experience.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in law firm recruiting, excellent communication, and strong technology skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in law firm recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Summer Associate Program including recruiting coordination, onboarding, and logistics across offices.
• Assist lateral attorney recruiting through interview coordination, candidate communications, and process improvements.
• Oversee attorney integration tasks, onboarding, and long-term integration plans.
• Generate reports on recruitment and retention metrics to inform leadership.
