A growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice is looking to add a Senior Associate Attorney to its Los Angeles team. This is a hands-on litigation role offering significant case ownership, with responsibility across the full lifecycle of personal injury matters.

The Role

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution, including demands, pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, mediations and court appearances.


• Take ownership of case strategy, complex motion practice, legal writing and depositions.


• Independently manage a personal injury caseload while working directly with clients, experts and supporting team members.


• Drive matters forward at a senior associate level, with meaningful responsibility for case development and resolution.

About You

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience with a strong civil litigation background.


• Experience handling a broad range of personal injury matters, including discovery, motions, depositions, mediation and court appearances.


• California Bar admission and active good standing.


• Strong deposition, legal writing and case-management skills, with the ability to independently manage matters and take genuine ownership of a caseload.
