Confidential Employer. is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles.

The role offers a hybrid schedule balancing independent work with in-person collaboration and courtroom advocacy. Candidates must hold an active California Bar license, have 4+ years of personal injury experience, and be skilled in drafting motions and pleadings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of personal injury law experience with substantial litigation experience.
• Strong independent legal drafting skills, including motions, responses, pleadings, and discovery.
• Experience with court appearances, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-value personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including trial when necessary.
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans tailored to each client's case.
• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, responses, pleadings, and written discovery with minimal supervision.
• Conduct depositions, including expert depositions, and represent clients at court appearances, motion hearings, and mediations.
• Lead settlement negotiations and pursue favorable outcomes through effective advocacy.
• Perform comprehensive legal research to develop compelling arguments and strengthen case strategy.
• Manage multiple cases, assignments, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, sound legal guidance, and compassionate representation.
