Job summary

Confidential Employer. is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to lead complex personal injury cases through all phases of litigation in a hybrid Los Angeles environment.

You will own cases from filing to resolution, including trials when needed, and develop strategic litigation plans, drafted motions and pleadings, and conduct expert depositions with little supervision.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of personal injury law experience with substantial litigation experience.
• Proven experience taking expert depositions.
• Strong independent legal drafting skills, including motions, responses, pleadings, and discovery.
• Experience with court appearances, depositions, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Ability to manage complex litigation matters and competing deadlines independently.
• Excellent legal research, courtroom advocacy, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-value personal injury cases from filing through resolution, including trial when necessary.
• Develop and execute strategic litigation plans tailored to each client's case.
• Draft and prepare complaints, motions, responses, pleadings, and written discovery with minimal supervision.
• Conduct depositions, including expert depositions, and represent clients at court appearances, motion hearings, and mediations.
• Lead settlement negotiations and pursue favorable outcomes through effective advocacy.
• Perform comprehensive legal research to develop compelling arguments and strengthen case strategy.
• Manage multiple cases, assignments, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Build strong client relationships by providing clear communication, sound legal guidance, and compassionate representation.

Note
